When will my order ship?
Place, Process, Ship. Here’s how it all works: you place an order, we process it, then we ship! First, you place your order which only takes a few seconds. Next, your package goes into processing which takes up to 2 business days. Finally, our shipping carrier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, to let you know it's on the way!
*PS. during high volume times such as sales or launches, our processing days might take slightly longer.
Can I change, edit, or cancel my order?
At nkd, we pride ourselves in our quick processing and shipping procedures. Due to our quick processing, it is not possible to change, edit, or cancel your order. We are happy to issue a free return (for domestic orders) once you have received your order. Click here for more information.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from email@example.com with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.
Can I get a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot retroactively add a discount. This applies to both products bought at full price that are now on sale and sale products that have become even more discounted after purchase.
Received something you didn’t order?
We hope this doesn't happen to you, but if it does email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get your correct order to you as quickly as possible. We apologize in advance!
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date in the original condition they were sent in (tags and liners attached) for a full refund. nkd offers free returns and exchanges on domestic orders. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please include your original invoice with your return. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment. If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price. All returns are subject to inspection- items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender. Items marked as final sale (discount of 40% or more) are not eligible for exchange or return.
How do I return my order?
To initiate your domestic return, log in to our returns portal here using your email address. When your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for domestic returns) to your email. Please allow up to two weeks for you to receive your refund.
If I have separate orders, can I send return them together?
In order to save the planet, we highly encourage sending multiple orders at once, however, when a return is initiated, a specific tracking number is generated and assigned to that order number/item. By sending both orders back in one package, only one of these tracking numbers will be scanned by the courier and appear as if the other has not yet been shipped back to us.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange a style for a different size or color, please log into our returns portal here using your email. We offer complimentary shipping on direct exchanges on domestic orders. Direct exchange requests will be fulfilled dependent on stock availability at the time your return has been shipped back to us. If the item is out of stock you will be automatically notified. We don't offer exchanges on international orders.

How much do international returns cost?
There is a return fee of approximately 15 USD charged in the currency the order was purchased in. This fee will be deducted from your total refund when the return is processed. Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable, except for orders shipping to Canada.
Can I exchange my international order?
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges for orders outside the U.S at this time.
