When will my order ship?
Place, Process, Ship. Here’s how it all works: you place an order, we process it, then we ship! Our shipping carrier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, to let you know it's on the way!

Items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date in the original condition they were sent in (tags and liners attached) for a full refund. nkd offers free returns and exchanges on domestic orders. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please include your original invoice with your return. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment. If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price. All returns are subject to inspection- items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender. Items marked as final sale (discount of 40% or more) are not eligible for exchange or return.
